Haulotte would like to congratulate our distribution partner United who has achieved another great milestone by opening their first South Australian branch in Adelaide recently. The new branch located within the industrial area of Cavan, sits about 13km north of Adelaide CDB. This prime location will allow United to target key areas and provide excellent accessibility for both customers and suppliers.

The new branch brings together the latest forklift and access equipment from the world’s best brands including Haulotte.

United’s new Adelaide Branch Manager, Mark Siebum, highlights how this new equipment coupled with an experienced team, will play a vital role in positioning United well in the South Australian market.

“Our rental fleet has a major advantage in SA in that it is new from the ground up. We have the best technology, the best brands and the best service backing. For both sale and rental, we have outstanding service resources with experienced industry professionals, some of whom have more than 20 years knowledge of key industries important to South Australia.”

The Haulotte fleet of over 60 machines is starting to be delivered now and includes electric and rough terrain scissor lifts, telehandlers, vertical masts and a variety of booms including articulating, telescopic and trailer mounted.

Haulotte’s General Manager Keith Clarke comments on the leading technology provided and the ongoing relationship between Haulotte and United.

“South Australia now has greater access to some world leading technology that is featured across the Haulotte fleet including on board diagnostics tool ACTIV’Screen and safety benefits like ACTIV’Shield bar that protects operators from potential crushing situations.”

“United have always been a valuable customer for us, but the success seen in the last year, is a direct result of the excellent partnership that exists between us, said Mr Clarke.

“We are a company that prides itself on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliers, an advantage that was further recognised when we were crowned 2018 Rental Company of the Year by the Australian Hire and Rental Industry Association, HRIA,” adds Mr Siebum.

“In South Australia, we have the same service credentials that will serve our customers in the access equipment market, which includes industries such as construction and maintenance where delays are costly, and reliability is prized. And the same safety, reliability and environmental features that are valued by the access market, are also very important to SA forklift market sectors such as warehousing, transport, retail and food and beverage distribution,” he said.
