Haulotte has launched a new App; powered by Appranet; that allows users to directly access technical documentation directly on their smartphone or tablet. Within the app registered users can access Operations or Training manuals and machine specifications plus follow links for further information like spare parts manuals.
Operations Manager Evan Goulis describes why they had a need for such a service. “We were getting several calls a week from users looking for copies of operation manuals, tying up our technical support teams. This way anyone can access the technical information they need on the go and our experts time is freed up to answer other technical support enquiries,” Said Mr Goulis.
The app works in two ways to provide the best possible user experience. Users can explore the library of documents available broken down by Haulotte machine type and product range. Alternatively you can scan the QR code sticker, now located on Haulotte machine’s, which will take the user directly to the technical information for that particular model.
Documents will be updated regularly, so users can be assured that the app contains the most recent version of technical information related to that machine. If the document you are looking for is not there or you need another language, you can access the Haulotte e-technical portal through the app or on the Haulotte website. http://www.haulotte.com.au/service/manuals-documentation
The App is available for download in the Apple and Google play stores. Users can register via the Haulotte website haulotte.com.au/documentapp and will receive log-in details via email. Alternatively just scan any QR code on a Haulotte machine and the prompts will take you to the relevant pages.
“We hope this provides an even greater level of customer service to our customers. As always our technical support and service teams can be contacted 24/7 on 1300 207 683” adds Mr Goulis.
