Haulotte Activ' Screen

Haulotte ACTIV’Screen is the brand-new intelligent interface for onboard diagnostics.

This interface provides two advantages:

- Optimizing productivity of the machine: by providing critical information to users, it reduces service calls and field interventions;

- Savings in time and money: it provides direct access to the machine's parameters and diagnostic without acquiring an additional tool;

Operators have real-time access to critical information on the machine's performance and condition:

• Standard indicators: fuel gauge, warning lights
• Alarms : tilt angle, overload, etc... guiding the driver when the machine is being operated;
• Potential Technical incidents: it helps prevent the need for on-site interventions by making it possible to resolve issues independently or through remote assistance solutions.

The operator has access to the machine parameters (speed, ramps, option settings, calibration, etc.) but also details and the complete process for resolving technical incidents (information on the probable cause, components to be verified, diagnostic instructions and location of the components).

Machine access can be locked by the owner with a four digit password. Ten languages are available: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

Haulotte ACTIV’Screen is compatible with Haulotte Diag.

Haulotte ACTIV’Screen is already a standard feature for the new equipment ranges, HA16 RTJ, HT21 RT and HT23 RTJ. All new models of telescopic and articulating booms will be equipped with this tool in the future.
